"SHAMAN PATH PILGRIMAGE — your month of quick daily action in a liminal log book. Each prompt takes ten minutes: quick, offhanded, immediate, in play, in liminal flow. Not a quiz. No books. No school. It is in you."

IEach day is the Present Moment and each 15-minute action is done NOW. No putting off.
IIA drawing in your Liminal Journal counts as an action. Your book can be "complete" by the end.
IIIWrite your actions down that day as a "fact." What you write is true story. Then write what comes next.
IVCommit: drop into your book each day. Your shaman self can surface for air like a Humpback Whale breaching.

IEach day is the Present Moment and each 15-minute action is done NOW. No putting off — we work today.
IIA drawing in your Liminal Journal counts as an action. Were any items missing, you can draw the item as catchup. Your book can be "complete" by the end.
IIIYour Liminal Journal includes writing your actions down that day as a "fact." What you write is true story. Then write what comes next — no hesitation.
IVCheck In — emailing with feedback responses to your recent actions. We are grounding each other. We are a circle.

Ruhe

Clinical Associate Professor · NYU Gallatin · Shamanista

Nine-time World Boomerang Champion, artist, and performance provocateur whose work bridges ancient shamanic traditions with contemporary practice. Creator of Shaman Path — 39 days of liminal ritual designed to wake the shaman already living in you.

Ruhe developed the Shaman Path as a 39-day pilgrimage program: a daily practice of mandala drawing, directional calling, and liminal writing that awakens the shaman already alive inside each participant. He is the founder of the ShamanCarWash — a spontaneous healing ritual performed at Burning Man — and leads the ShamanRoadGang, an international circle of practitioners who believe that shamanic ways are already woven into ordinary reality.
